
I'm assuming that the amount on the bid bond is preceded with "not to exceed" - if this is the case, then going lower than the original $61,000 is not a problem and your bid should not be rejected. Going over the $61K amount would be a problem but under shouldn't be. Did the bid say "not to exceed"?Originally Posted by Bond Magician
