I filed bankruptcy about 5 years ago, but since have built my credit back up. So my credit score is high, and I have no collections or anything. Will I still be considered to have bad credit? If so, is it still possible to get a bond?
It really depends upon what type of bond you are applying for. Some bond programs may not take the 5 year old BK into account if your score is high. Regardless, I'm confident that we can get you a bond - just not sure which program it would be written under.Originally Posted by Mother Bond
