ARC Bond Collateral

The agency that writes my ARC Bond says I need collateral for my ARC bond renewal. I tried another agency, but they said the same thing.

Are there any agencies left that can write the bond with no collateral?

Unfortunately there simply aren't many sureties that will write the bond without collateral for the agents. I myself only have 1 out of the 16 sureties we represent that will write the bond with no collateral. It is a hard bond to place due to the high claim ratio.

In order to apply, you will need good credit and business financials for the most recent fiscal year end (and possibly a year to date financial statement, depending on how far back your fiscal year end is). If you have the required you can get approved with no collateral.
