Default Renewal or ARC Bond

When my ARC bond renews and I pay the premium do I receive anything to send to the state?

The bond runs in favor of the Airline Reporting Corp, not a state. Based on your prior year's billings, the ARC will contact you with instructions to have your bond amount adjusted, if necessary. The bond form itself is continuous, so it's not necessary to produce any additional verification.

The obligee's website is: Airlines Reporting Corporation

As indicated by Marietta68, the only time you would receive anything at the renewal would be if the bond amount changes. In that case, a bond rider would be issued.

Default ARC Bond Renewal

My renewal is approaching soon and I haven't received anything from ARC saying whether or not the amount has changed. Should I contact them or my bonding company? I just don't want to miss the renewal.

That really surprises me as ARC is usually right on the renewals. You should absolutely be in touch with them regarding the renewal amount. When you have their letter, don't forget to provide it to your bonding company so they know if the bond amount needs to be adjusted.

Your best bet would be to contact ARC directly. If the bond amount does need to be changed, please contact our office as soon as possible so we can adjust the bond amount and calculate a different premium amount at the time of renewal.
