I am a
contractor that has been biding on local Municipality jobs all year only to out
bid by the slightest amount again and again. While obtaining the
bid results from the last
bid I was told that a few of the other
contractors I had been out
bid by had various discrepancies with thier bonds and at these moments I was eligible to be awarded the job because I was the next closest bider. How do I find out about other
contractor's bonds should this happen again?
