Need a bond for to become personal Rep for
estate. Denied by the agency the lawyer came up with due to bad credit score. Own house (clear). If he was asking for $10k is that all I need for eventhrough
estate is worth more. Will the
courts be okay with this different bond. Siblings involved that have already sign a waiver/consent for me to be rep.
