 New Indemnity
Dear Bond Magician, you may need to sign a new indemnity agreement - depending on what is on your original indemnity. Some of the Texas Mortgage Broker Bonds that have been issued - have included the name of the company on their indemnity agreements and simply issuing the bond in the individuals name - which would only require a rider. Check with your surety company for further clarification. |
