The Obligee is whoever is requiring the bond from you. In your case, I believe it's the Texas Department of Transportation - Motor Vehicle Division.
Often times you can find out the name and address of the Obligee by checking the State's website or your licensing paperwork. Sometimes even the bond form itself lists that information. |
