 Performance Bond in Oman
I have a client that is going to be doing work in Oman. They are going to be required to warranty their work after their project is completed. Do you have any thoughts/reccomendations for this need. My client is a remediation contractor that will be hired by the manufacturer of the equipment for a dairy farm that was hit by a cyclone earlier this year in Oman. The equipment manufacturer is asking that my insured warranty their work for one year after the project has been completed. Any guidance you can lend on this? |
