The closest product available is called a Child Custody Bond. That Bond guarantees compliance with the custody and visitation aspects of a divorce settlement. It is normally required by the Court on behalf of one party when the other party requests to take the minor child(ren) out of the Country. However, there have been instances when the trip is simply out of State. The Bond would pay out to the custodial parent in the event that the other parent does not return the child(ren) per the marital settlement agreement.
