I am the administrator of my deceased husband's
estate. He left no will or assets, property etc. Prior to his death he was a litigant in a class action suit for personal injury. This case is now beginning to settle. Monies are available to the
estate to pay all the debts he left behind I was unable to pay. I have been instructed to obtain a bond for $100,000 but have been denied because of bad credit due to the all the debts my husband and I incurred together and have been unable to pay since his death. I am currently being garnished and have other judgements against me. What can I do?
